By using Brieve, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Brieve is a personalised morning briefing tool that aggregates your calendar, email, portfolio, and news data into a daily summary. It is an informational tool and not financial, legal, or investment advice.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use Brieve.
Brieve requests read-only access to your Google Calendar and Gmail. You can revoke this access at any time via your Google Account. Revoking access will disable calendar and email sections of your briefing.
Any portfolio data, market information, or investment-related content in your briefing is for informational purposes only. Brieve is not a regulated financial service. Do not make investment decisions based solely on your Brieve briefing.
You may not use Brieve to violate any laws or regulations. You may not attempt to access other users' data. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from Brieve.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Briefing delivery may occasionally be delayed due to third-party API issues.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. On cancellation you retain access until the end of your billing period.
Brieve is provided as-is. We are not liable for any financial decisions made based on briefing content.
Brieve and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Ethan Rice and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
By using Brieve, you acknowledge that we process your data as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
We may update these terms with reasonable notice via email.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
